A security deposit must be paid on arrival, which will be returned on the day of departure, after having verified the absence of any damage.

The apartments are not provided with linens: it is possible to rent bed linen, bathroom linen is excluded.

Heating, water, gas and light expenses are included in the price.

To confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total sum will be requested. The final amount will be paid at arrival.
